Whose a proven coach out there? Nick Saban ain't leaving Bama. Chip Kelly is the only big name out there with a track record of success but apparently the Tennessee people don't like or want him.

Its Jon Gruden or bust for em.

I'm all for it cause there really isn't anyone else that is a sure thing. At least with Gruden we would have tons of hype and recruiting would take off. He would attract a top notch coaching staff. Basically AT WORST we would be where Michigan is right now with Harbaugh (which isn't bad). With his ceiling being what Pete Carroll did at USC.

Taggert or Strong would do a way better job than Dooley or Butch, but I wouldn't advise any black man to coach in the SEC. Scott Frost, Mike Leach are a couple of coaches that would fair well. Dan Mullen has been linked to Tennessee also. There are people out there. I never even heard of the coaches ya'll hired before.
