All Gruden has done as a coach is take take Tony Dungy's team and win a chip. He's done nothing else but front like he's a qb guru.

Some of these college teams need to check their boosters and run the organization like a business. Take your time and do your due diligense to make sure you have the right person and the right fit. (I kind of wish LSU hadn't went in with that 'we got a have a big name mentality' last year. We ended up getting played and having to scramble at the last minute to save face. I would have like to see us bring in some up and comers like Lincoln Riley, Willie Taggert, Frank Wilson, etc. for an interview before we went with Coach O. If for nothing else, just to make sure we didn't leave any stone unturned. Coach O wasn't about to go anywhere)

I know Taggert wants to be in Florida. Something about being from there makes you always want to end up back there.
