I definitely took a L during the 07 season, of course being younger and with Saban in his first year, I was thinking like a 9 win season and beating Auburn 36-0 (actually happened a year later) and people looked at me like
I was halfway right though, started out 6-2 and then the bottom fell out.

Wouldn't be surprised. I feel like Jeremy will come through, but hearing that coaches liked the way Sean played before he was injured last year. Malzahn's offense take a different form every year. With Cam it was a power running offense. With Nick Marshall it was a read option offense, that evolved into a more even pass/run offense the next year. Before Cam, Chris Todd was a lot of passing. Last year they had to figure out what to do, and ended up leaning on the running game. Sean White will defenitely have a lot of passing opportunities, but when he gets in the red zone we might see some changing parts at quarterback. Seemed like he had a hard time finding the endzone when in the redzone last year. Jeremy knows all of the plays and has a good bit of experience, he should be starting if his head is where it needs to be. I couldn't say right now though. I wouldn't be surprised if it was White.

Yeah I was too much of a mark I kept drinking that offseason koolaid thinking FSU was gonna get right and get back on track not understanding how far they had really fallen. That 05-09 era was so bad I had to pretty much force myself into believing FSU was "back" it didn't help that we won season openers vs Miami 2 years in a row that only made me get even more delusional because I was in denial about how flabby Miami had become as well.
That Alabama/FSU game in 07 was one of the most boring games I've ever witnessed I remember being so hype for that game shyt was a dud even though FSU won. Bama bottom fell out after that crushing loss to LSU they checked out after that game Bama in 07 wasn't that far off you could see Saban would get that shyt going when he was able to get the process in place and get the talent on point.
He fell into the background. He'll have more of a role this year being a senior, but we had Duke Williams, Ricardo Louis, and some bigger better receivers than him on the roster last year. He gets pushed to the front for being older than most of the receivers this year. Might not stay there.

I mean we lost, but the fact we lost in a shytty game made it worse. That late season slump was god awful, Ls against LSU, Miss State, ULM, and Auburn 
Glad we beat Colorado though, confidence booster headed into 08.

Yeah I remember getting shyt on for having the audacity to actually suggest FSU make an offer to Nick Saban and seeing if FSU can get Bobby to step aside. These the same neckbeards that claimed Urban Meyer would never win shyt at Florida and that FSU shouldn't stoop to going after an NFL washout like Saban (this is during the 06 season mind you) Bobby was gonna figure out the problems and fix things.
I wonder how those morons feel a decade later seeing that Saban and Urban have won 7 of the last 10 national championships and Jimbo was able to snatch one up 4 years after cleaning up Bobby and his cronies mess.

I didn't think someone posted an updated list to include 2016 draftees. Folks usually wait until opening day rosters are finalized before giving us a list of schools with the most players on NFL teams. But I guess an Ohio State stan was in a hurry to FINALLY get OSU into that top 10.
Here is what the list looked like LAST YEAR: College programs with the most alums on NFL Week 1 rosters
As you can see Buckeyes were not in the top 10 as off opening day 2015.
Before the historic 2016 draft class that added 12 names to your list, yall were not a top 10 school in terms of NFL players. And really not even close. You guys made a big jump this year after a nice draft. We'll see if this lasts. As you can see the numbers change significantly once opening day roster cuts are made.

You said on rosters "as of today" and I properly showed you that. Which piayers who were drafted do you actually see not making a roster? Almost everyone drafted was in the top 4 rounds and those picks never get cut. And @smitty22 already pointed out that we set the single draft record in 2004, so clearly we've had a lot of players in the NFL in the past 10 years. We've been in the top 5 or so in most years more often than not. Just accept you're wrong and keep it moving.
Before this draft you guys were not top 10. How bout you accept that.
Urban Meyer made y'all a legit nfl talent producer and title team that could contend with the sec.
Before that your school was best known for getting destroyed by the sec in national title games and producing nfl scrubs.

Suprisingly Clemson's Rival forum isn't the worst one...it's fukkin TCI (The Clemson Insider). The staff is know it alls that put bad info out there and if you check them on it you get banned (I got banned 2yrs ago and never been back). The people on there blindly follow the writers too...smh I hate that fukkin site
