JF3 can't throw. Funny people in here clown Dobbs but JF3 is a poor mans Dobbs

Nobody said he was starting though. Nobody knows right now. I wouldn't be surprised to see Jeremy Johnson start, because he has experience, a Senior.......knows the whole playbook. Showed just enough at the end of the season to say, he's steady at least, maybe not explosive, but the defense is better this year, so the 30-35 point average from last year will have us on the cusp of winning most games. And throw JF3 in for some option action...

Starting QB and WRs.

At least we look the part.

Some of these players in this pictures added 10-15 lbs this off-season weight program

How many new starter yu have on defense? I was rewatching the LSU game and saw most of ur players were seniors last year

Not that many.....Blake Countess graduated (was a db)....replaced him with the Ohio State transfer Dean (a taller version of him that could be another lockdown corner) or the transfer from Miami,OH...........The linebackers will be new to starting, but a graduate transfer (Illinois) and a couple of guys with experience that probably are more talented than what we had last year isn't that big of a dropoff. Even though what we had last year wasn't terrible, but it could have been better at LB. Losing a couple of other corners, but I don't think losing them will be that great of difference from what we have replacing them (have a ex NFL db coach here). It was more of a by committee collaboration anyway, plus we keep our lock down corner on one side of the field....No real big losses on the d-line, the deepest and most talented position on the team. Just overall more talented on the defensive side of the ball this year.

Oh the multifaceted spectrum of an auburn fan.On one end you have @Chrishaune pumping positivity and assurance on the sinking ship of doom and on the other you have @Rigby. whos whole season just ended on August 3rd.Can we get @MMSex in here to give us a accurate temperature reading on the auburn fambily?

:jbhmm:
:russ:

my snyopsis:

Auburn has a run game
Auburn has a "talented" but green WRs
Auburn has no QB as of right now

Auburn defense is strong:
on DL
in Secondary

AU D is weak:
LB core until further notice

so we about the same outlook as going into 2015

id like to believe we will have a QB but this trend is concerning so im gonna be passive and say we are probably going to be average at the position. However at LB we have added some big time freshman...if they develop well...watch out :cacwot:

What's interesting about the underlined is that production like last year can actually lead to winning half the games we lost if our defense improves, especially along the d-line. I think the added element of JF3 in the read option game is going to add a little more punch to the offense. I'm prepared for quarterback by committee again this year. There's no other way around it. We don't have the all around type like Cam at this point, even though Woody could develop to be that later. Not forgetting Gatewood. But we don't even have a Nick Marshall even though JF3 has the run element of Nick. I don't think his passing will be as good though. So that's where I believe one of either Jeremy or Sean will get most of the snaps, but JF3 will come in and run read option this year. If it wins, I don't even care.
