They were saying some schools are frustrated with the Pac 12 network and might be sniffing around for greener pastures I think the Big 12 needs to make a west coast splash they too local or get one of them Fla schools to join.
B12 should pick up UCF and Memphis and call it a day.

Spurrier left y'all for Florida again huh

Steve Spurrier named ambassador and consultant to Florida athletics

I wonder if y'all still gonna name that indoor facility after him now
this isnt surprising, he said as much when he was still the hbc. something like now im a gamecock, when i retire ill go back to being a gator. its where he played in college, where he met his wife, where he had his most success as a coach, thats always going to be home for him.
im just glad that silly ass banner we had outside the stadium is gone. it wasnt the reason the program went into the dumps because the damage was already done with the casual atmosphere of we've arrived so now lets go relax and everything will take care of itself but it definitely became a cheesy ass symbol.

he'll still be praised and/or honored either way, but muschamp getting the program back to contention will help people forget the state spurrier left the program in.

No way in hell they don't add BYU.

Too much money and tradition.

And Cincinnati gives them recruiting in Ohio and gets WVU off that damn island that they are on. They also had some great games when they were both Big East.

Neuheisel was talking about UCLA pulling an A&M and separating from USC and joining the Big 12

Zero% chance

The Pac-12 has a Grant of RIghts. So it's delusional if anyone thinks the Big 12 will be able to grab schools from the Pac-12, B1G, or ACC. The SEC doesn't have a GoR, so it's MUCH MORE possible the Big 12 could possibly pull Mizzou, Arky, & even A&M from the SEC.

B12 should pick up UCF and Memphis and call it a day.
:scust:UCF is the 4th or 5th biggest program in Florida. At least schools like Cincy, Memphis, & Tulane would be the 2nd biggest programs in their states.

More fukkery from A&M:

A couple of presentation slides at a Texas A&M football event will leave the Aggies without two assistants.

Assistant coaches Jim Turner and Jeff Banks have been suspended without pay for two weeks, effective immediately after backlash from slides shown at an A&M all-football event on Wednesday, A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin announced on Friday afternoon. The two coaches will also have to serve 20 hours of community service, Sumlin said in a statement.

"There is absolutely no place in our program or in our University community for inappropriate conduct or degrading comments towards women, or anyone, regardless of intent," Sumlin said in a statement."

The incident was first reported by Orangebloods.com. Turner and Banks also released a joint statement through the athletic department on Friday afternoon.

"We want to sincerely apologize to the passionate Aggie fans and to women everywhere for our failed attempt at humor during this week's Aggie Football Chalk Talk and fundraiser," the statement said. "We clearly understand now that our comments and slides were not appropriate or consistent with the values of our football program or our Department. We must do better, and we will."

Here are more details on the event.
