Meet the next "Robert Nkemdiche".

Tennessee 5 star recruit Jonathan Kongbo.

"Robert Nkemdiche"

That's the name thrown around in Knoxville for incoming sophomore Jonathan Kongbo among people with knowledge of Tennessee's summer workouts. Nkemdiche was a bona fide freak and it sounds like Kongbo has the same physical makeup.

Despite last fall being his first full season to ever play football, Kongbo's athleticism made him the No. 1 JUCO prospect in the country according to 247Sports and 247Sports Composite. But there were questions.

Kongbo was very raw with virtually no football experience to speak of. He was also light. He played at 247 pounds at Arizona Western during the fall and Nick Saban and Alabama cooled on Kongbo when he didn't fit the physical profile of Alabama defensive linemen.

Now here we are, just a couple of weeks before fall camp gets underway and that 247-pound defensive end is now up to 282 pounds without losing the edge speed that got him 11 sacks last fall. Kongbo is still raw but as an edge pass-rusher, he will be a major impact guy for Tennessee this season.

Romberg: University of Florida Upset About Paradise Camp
The University of Miami held their inaugural Paradise Camp over the weekend, which featured many former UM stars coming back to the school and lending a hand at the event.

According to former UM offensive lineman Brett Romberg, who worked the camp, an in-state rival was not pleased with the star power the Hurricanes had at Paradise Camp.

Romberg shared on the Zaslow, Romberg, and Amber Show on 790 The Ticket that the day of the camp, the Florida football program tried to turn UM in for violations.

According to Romberg, Florida called the NCAA 20 times on Saturday.

Romberg explained the situation on the show:

“The issue is that Florida deemed it an unfair advantage and they were trying to get us on a technicality of doing background checks. Everybody who participated in this camp had to have a background check. If you didn’t do the background check, you weren’t able to coach. A background check would allow you to interact with the kids on a coaching level. If you do not have your background check, you are considered a speaker. You are allowed to speak, but you aren’t allowed to have interaction and give tips to the kids…They were crying because we are stealing recruits.”

Prior to the camp, Mark Richt took to Twitter to confirm the following former players that were able to coach the prospects: Brett Romberg, Jeremy Shockey, Phillip Buchanon, and Antrel Rolle.

Richt appears to have indicated other schools were upset as he walked with former Hurricanes linebacker Ray Lewis prior to Saturday's Paradise camp. Listen to the audio below.
Romberg also claimed Florida was trying to send NCAA investigators to the camp.
