Once media days pop off, it's the start of the season imo.

Cause 2 weeks after that it's the start of fall camp. And thats when we start getting daily reports of whose showing out and who gets hurt. Daily shows like college football live return. Predictions shows start. Polls come out.

Then a short 4 weeks later its September 1st and the season kicks off.
