Ohio St been way better than Michigan since 93 choking ass Cooper really sabotaged them. Only years I can clearly say Michigan was superior program was 97, 99, 00, 03 and 11 other than that OSU been better P4P Cooper choked so bad in 93,95 and 96 some of worst losses I can remember to a rival school
