I don't deny coaching matters. But it only affects maybe 1 game a season. Talent affects every play of every game.

Explain App st beating michigan, every play of every game huh ... Explain OSU beating miami in the chip game 2003? Miami was suppose to steam roll through that game. Clearly miami was more talented at every position. Explain Tennessee losing to Florida last year and the year before, let you tell it yall got top 5 talent. That 02 OSU team was stacked with NFL talent not sure why they werr so underrated i begged them for title game before season they were close year before they upgraded at qb and rb.

Without the best coaches you not gonna get the best talent though, unless you ole piss . Recruiting part of coaching, as well as developing that talent.

IE FSU vs GT in 2015 GT ain't better than FSU those type of losses happen and I honestly can't even crush Jimbo he made a mistake not going for it inside the GT 2 settling for a FG but it was nothing horrible Jimbo did to cost FSU that game.

When I say coaching I only meant the Xs and Os on gameday and the week of prep.

If you're including recruiting in coaching then no shyt that is important in college football because without elite players you don't have an elite team.

Saban is straight up MT.Rushmore status in CFB history if you look at his body of work now he just going for style points.

It wouldn't take long, probably 1 or 2, because they've done that before. Saban resurrected two programs (UA/LSU), Urban resurrected two (UF/OSU), Harbs resurrected two (Stan/UM).
