I honestly haven't watched Colorado play much. By all accounts he was one of the top people that many thought Oregon should go after. Recruits seem to like the hire as well.

Pumped about the hire. What he did with Colorado's D the last couple years is pretty impressive. Dude took the Buffs D from 120th ranked to 8th ranked in yards per pass play, he was in the Pac so he knows the O's. I also cannot wait to see what he does with Troy Dye(Leavitt was LB coach when Harbs was with the 9ers).
Big hire for Willie T. Taggart is killing it all around right now.

Ya, their moving to a new system. Will it be exactly like the gulf coast O Charlie ran at USF the past 2 years, I don't know. Still going to be a spread O with tempo I would imagine. Only thing I wonder is if Taggart mixes in some of the pro style stuff he learned from Harbs. Dude has ran 2 different system the past 4 years so we will see.
Culture is different at UT. Entire existence doesn't revolve around the football program.
