As someone who was a fan in the dark days of Alabama football, this current run is something I don't think will be fully grasped until it's over. This is just unheard of.

Since 2008:

106-12 record (62-8 in conference)

4 National Championships

5 SEC Championships (Including three straight)

6 SEC West Titles (7 if you include the shared title in 2013)

9 straight seasons being #1 at some point in the season.

2 Heisman Trophy winners.

Winning record against every team in the SEC with the exception of South Carolina (1-1).
Greatness :whew:

I think you messed up. I don't see sparty anywhere. :dwillhuh:
MICHIGAN - orange bowl
Western Michigan - cotton bowl
EASTERN MICHIGAN - Bahamas bowl
Central Michigan - Miami Beach bowl
Ferris state - in the D2 final four
Grand Valley State - made the D2 elite 8

Michigan state - ranked #132nd in the nation. Lost more games than everyone on the above list. Literally the biggest losers in the state.

Thank you for the clarification.

It's beyond me, how a school filled with such greatness could have such a poor season.

:troll:

At least they have recruiting to pick them back up.

Oh wait.

Word is Tony Dungy is lobbying hard for Willie Taggart to Oregon. Oregon interviewed him late last week or this weekend I believe. Don't think it s happening tho..

Enjoy mediocrity if true

:ehh: Mullen ain't the coach yall want but he's the coach you deserve.
That'd open up miss st and they could go get Charlie

Dan Mullen did as good a job as anyone will ever do at Mississippi State :manny:

2009: 5-7
2010: 9-4
2011: 7-6
2012: 8-5
2013: 7-6
2014: 10-3 (was #1 and made the Orange Bowl)
2015: 9-4
2016: 5-7 (still makes a bowl)

That's 7 straight bowl seasons for Mississippi State.

Mullen is a good coach. Prescott and Tebow didn't develop themselves

IDK, I think probably all you are right. But out of all the names mentioned for Oregon's job, I think I like Mullen the best. :yeshrug:

Unless Chip does a 180, or I guess it would be a 360.

Agreed, That is why I like Mullen. He would be great with Herbet. Honestly I think he would be a good fit with Oregon.
