I cosign because Jae plays within himself Green thinks he's a star.

Yeah I'd rather have Jae than Jeff. Jeff is no doubt a more talented player but way too inconsistent to be someone you have to rely on. There's one thing you never have question about Jae and that's whether he's gonna play hard, he gives 100% every time he's on the court and it rubs off on his teammates. Too many games where Jeff just drifts by, like his head isn't even in the game and there's a million other places he'd rather be

I've been saying he's not a good basketball player but that idiot @Gil Scott-Heroin swears by him

Crowder>>>>>>green

I stand by Green. Hes a very good player. Jae isnt as good of a passer, shooter or finisher..but plays with more consistent effort and is tougher. He has also shown constant improvement while Green has stagnated a bit. We'll see what Crowder gets in his new contract but for now he's clearly a better option than Green because the overall talent gap wasnt/isnt as big as their salaries. Jae is a good player.

I actually think its the opposite in that Green should be more assertive and aggressive but is content playing a role. I thought he'd be a better fit in MEM but the stylistic difference between BOS/MEM seemed to have been too drastic for him to properly mesh with personnel there. I expect him to play much better next year.

Your credibility just went down the shytter

I can't stand players who can score and do nothing else

Crowder is a much more complete player and I'd take him over green everyday

Explain to me how all he does is score.

He played very good defense for us as well..I remember him guarding Bron and other wings pretty well..he also crashed boards pretty well too when they didnt have him leak out..and when he did leak out he was very good in transition. Crowder is not a much more complete talent at all..he just displays his all-around talent more consistently. Crowder cant pass the ball at all and isnt as good of a spot up shooter, clutch shooter or slasher. Green had a few game-winners for us and Im pretty sure he had a couple 35+point games. Crowder will never score 35+ once in his career. For the Celts, right now, Ill take Crowder but youre hyperbolizing.

Crowder isn't better than Jeff. Does he play harder and is he more reliable? Very much so and that's why I'd rather have him. But is he a more skilled player? Nah. I'll give Crowder the edge as a defender but that's about it.

Agreed completely. And Green isnt a poor defender either. He actually had more defensive win shares than offensive win shares as a Celt. Looking at the stats, he shot a better % from basically everywhere and had around 50% of his field goals made assisted whereas Crowder had 70%. They both finished well at the hoop for us but Green is more explosive...and I remember Green being forced into a ton of shytty shots near the end of the shot-clock but still shot better from 3 than Crowder (both werent good though..Green was around 30-33% and Crowder was at 28% :scusthov:)

If you're building a team and choose between the two and take green over crowder you're lying to yourself

You don't think Memphis would trade green for crowder right now if they could?

Green is not a good rebounder, they put a rebound clause in his contract to motivate him to rebound and he did nothing... He can score, and even that's inconsistent... He will give you 25 one night and 4 the next... I'd rather have crowder cause at least I know what he's getting and he will always play hard and will almost always leave his mark on a game whether it's hustle, defense, scoring, whatever... You know he's playing every night where green disappears

I mean...I said I'd rather have Crowder because he's more reliable. But that doesn't mean he's more talented than Jeff, he's just far too inconsistent. But Jeff at his best >>> Crowder at his best

Their rebounding is basically a wash. Neither of them are particularly strong rebounders.

The Clippers are also exploring trade options for Jamal Crawford, according to sources, and one possibility is trading Crawford and C.J. Wilcox, the team’s 2014 first round pick, to the Denver Nuggets for Wilson Chandler. The Clippers inquired about Chandler last season but nothing materialized.

So Doc drafts another player in the 1st, sits them on the bench their whole rookie year and then trades them after one year. :ehh:

imagine if they let jordan go too :deadrose:

lance could be considered a 2/3 though i guess :ld:

Lol he has no choice but to be....But how the hell is doc going to fill this team out with no picks...no cap space...Sadly I think he may need to consider moving Jordan.
