The next step in Niko's evolution will be getting a back to the basket game, Dirk like. Right now he's all face-up, which is cool when matched against big slow pfs.. but we saw what happened when teams downsized and put shorter, quicker, aggressive wings like Shumpert on him. I don't see him being much better defensively, or on the boards or getting much quicker by next year, but if he can be a constant threat on offense regardless of big or small on him, that'll go a long way.Yeah, he is

You'd think they would have to make some moves, but our front office is incredibly passive. Its hard to even imagine something substantial happening this summer for us
But yea, you guys gotta do something impactful this season, whether it's at the 3 spot or doing something to fix that fractured frontline (age, injuries, resentment). B/c the Cavs are only going to be better/healthier from here on out.
