They really should be going after bargain guys to fill out the roster, young guys that not a lot of people are looking at that can improve and still contribute.

Good rebuttal.
OKC is doing fine, Minnesota has a nice young core. Knicks always strike out in free-agency etc. Well run organizations retain talent. There's a finite amount of money available with the salary cap, everybody can't sign with NY, LA and Chicago.

OKC wouldn't be doing fine if KD and Russ had the option to leave freely after their rookie contracts

They clearly benefit from the system, I don't see why anybody would be against, makes for a better league

That means it isn't a rumor just someone making some stuff up...I think it said Mavs, Spurs, Bulls, Knicks and maybe someone else wanted him...But most of those teams have nothing I'd think the Twolves would want.
