Should have let somebody else pick him.
Flip really liked him, but went about it all wrong. On top of this he didn't play him even when the team had no bodies because he was afraid he'd cash in.

that would require moving Gallo and Faried. Chandler is committed long-term to the Nuggets so repaying his loyalty with a trade would be gutless.Denver all in tanking this next year though right?
Denver has done a really good sneak rebuild. 2 future studs in nurkic and mudiay. A bunch of young guys (jokic, Joffrey, harris, Barton) that will hopefully turn into good rotation players. And possibly 4 first rounders next year (I know it won't happen). All without "tanking"
Ainge and Stevens must have a great deal of confidence in him. Dude has talent but I'm not yet 100% sold on him (though I'll probably soften up on him during the season).
Sullinger and/or Olynk still gotta go...
Addition by subtraction. There were rumors after the DUI that they were considering waiving him and eating 26 mil, so the fact that they got anything was a small victory.Nah
They messed up with the lawson trade
Shoulda waited it out, they could have gotten more
Phoenix got 2 first round picks for dragic and he was expiring in a few months. Lawson has 2 full years on his deal and his contract is a bargain for his production
