If that's the word coming from DeAndre's camp, it sounds like he is looking for reasons to not go back to the Clippers

It's strange that he would be worried about the Clippers future though when the team he's linked to is more of a gamble. Dirk is old, Felton could be their starting PG, Wes is coming off a historically bad injury, & didn't Parsons just have a microfracture surgery?

Same thing I was thinking. Clippers have the best squad out of all the team ms he is looking at and can't they offer the most money?

I think part of it is showing once again that the Miami Heat are one of the top Organizations in the league. keeps the name out there, maybe helps in the future. Riley/Arison want the Heat to eventually be looked at like how the Celtics or Lakers used to.
