Okay what should Kobe say? Lakers shouldn't have brought him to the meeting at all. He is retiring next season, and shouldn't be your focal point. Lakers have nothing to sell Aldridge on other than Kobe, they are a rebuilding team who tried selling him on Kobe and the hollywood lifestyle.

numbers, but in your mind he should be the 2nd option to Kobe 
This isn't 2009, the fact you think LMA should be a 2nd option to 36 year old Kobe says enough. Being in the "Pau" role means being the 2nd option to Kobe, and you fukking know it.
