I could see the Magic taking him... The Gordon thing was a complete surprise... They've been rumored to like Stein so why wouldn't they like Turner who is a better fit next to vucevic

Gordon was not projected to go 4th, nobody had him going that high

Not 4th, but I remember Sacramento was a popular draft spot for him while the Magic took Exum (they wound up taking Payton later so I guess it worked out)

I don't think Turner will get picked over Porzingis should he still be on the board.

I'm assuming you're looking at it like

1. Towns
2. Okafor
3. Porzingis
4. Russell

any other scenario has Mudiay AND Porzingis falling, which I don't see

either way, NY and Sacramento may be the fukkery hot spots.

I was hoping Oubre would go to Miami. But with Stan angling to go there..idk. Now I'm just hoping Phoenix or Utah takes him.

Utah has legit interest. If he goes to Phoenix he'll be Archie Goodwin status.

I just don't get what Phoenix is doing. Besides, they still have Bogdanovic lurking and he'll come over soon

In Utah he could be a part of their young core. I sort of think Phoenix needs to blow it up in a year or two.

I'm still having a hard time finding a spot for Justise. I feel like he should be the 2nd wing taken. But I'm not sure Detroit likes him more than Stanley.

I figured as much seeing him there on DX's mock. Seemed odd otherwise.

I like Milutinov..plus he's one of the few guys willing to be stashed that stayed in the draft if im recalling correctly

I have an odd feeling Connaughton or Alexander could be drafted higher than currently projected. Connaughton had a very good statistical year and his combine was off the charts. He could wind up being a decent small-ball 3 role player off the bench

Smart was very much linked to Boston for a while if not as some sort of package deal for Love at the time.

I figured as much seeing him there on DX's mock. Seemed odd otherwise.

I like Milutinov..plus he's one of the few guys willing to be stashed that stayed in the draft if im recalling correctly

He's a 2nd rounder. I think Philly nabs him at some point because if he sticks, great, not guaranteed. If not, he could go play baseball and Philly has 800 2nd rounders. They're not gonna flip out if one goes by the wayside.

yeah..they brought him in for two workouts...but there was also a lot of talk of Gordon because celts ruled out randle..just backing up your claim of gordon being linked to top 10 for a good amount of time

I always thought that was a smoke screen because of how heavily it was put out there

If embiid is done for, or least has become a much bigger question mark why wouldn't philly think about turner? He's the ideal fit next to Noel inside he?

Maybe the porzingas stuff is a smoke screen to leverage Orlando to move up
