:dead: @ going on and on about wingspan in a frontcourt player, when standing reach is far more important.

Dexter Pittman and Cole Aldrich have 7'5" wingspans, why do they both suck at defense :lupe:

Okafor has a 9'3" standing reach. thats not bad. it ain't super elite (9'5"+ standing reach) like DeAndre Jordan but definitely good enough to be at least AVERAGE as a defensive center.

I'd take Frank the tank because While I know he wouldn't be a star I think he can step in immediately as a back up C/PF.

:snoop:

i can't believe people keep falling for the white american 4 year senior every year in the draft. last year it was doug mcdermott, this years its frank kaminiski. the guy will be a BUST. its written in stone. i personally wouldn't even waste a 2nd round pick on him.

people need to stop falling for this shyt EVERY YEAR!!! these dudes can't ball.

He won't be a bust....I'm expecting him to be no more than a career backup...Which isn't for a 14-20 guy.

:what: so you wanna waste a mid-1st round pick on a career backup?

yes...Look back over the history of the draft...Most of the dudes don't even end up as decent reserves.If you can get a career serviceable 7'1 stretch C/PF with a mid-round pick you take it especially with the direction the league is going,

Kaminsky to the Jazz makes perfect sense, who exactly should they take at 12 that helps their team more than him if Turner is already gone? Considering they tried to turn Kanter & Trevor Booker into 3 point shooters. Getting a rotational player at 12 is more than acceptable

@Captain_Crunch @HiphopRelated read the last page and a half brehs, I'm thinking Turner is the move :lupe:

Turner may have more potential, but we're already locked into a Bosh/Whiteside frontcourt long term, plus Bird and McBob will be getting minutes at the 4 and 5 off the bench. I'm sure Riley and Spo don't view Deng as a longterm option, so Stanley can be our future SF, plus this FO values defense so Stan may get legit minutes next year.

Kaminsky/Dekker are Pacers/Jazz type of picks :francis::mjpls:

One of them is a lock at 11/12

Dekker isn't a fit for Utah, but Kaminsky is, they were trying all season to turn guys into stretch bigs, Kanter was firing up threes for them cause they had terrible spacing.

Kaminsky isn't going to be an all-star, but he'll be a solid rotational player and would fit in perfect as the first big off the bench to play his minutes next to Favors at the 5, or Gobert at the 4.
