The single reason, the only reason we fell off last year was the defense. That's been corrected as any half wit (and if you can't tell, I'm saying you fall below that bar) could see. We're loaded at virtually every position except DB and as long as the front 7 plays to their talent, I'm not too worried about them.

Its extremely laughable to think we're not as much of a contender as Alabama, a program that doesn't even have a real QB

You should be worried about your secondary. Bama had a killer front 7 last year and their secondary was their downfall.

tired of reading @Swagnificent 400 word posts on how Tennessee will run the SEC East for going on 3 years now

this is the first year i've ever predicted tennessee to do anything. i lost interest in tennessee football around 2008 when they became a shytty program. only bounced back on the bandwagon after butch jones proved he could recruit at an elite level.

Yeah Bama also had that problem for years before that. They just didn't have transcendent talent to minimize it like before. We got a new coach to fix that and as long as they're at least respectable we should be fine

This is the problem though.....the young gun Jeremy Johnson is about to sling it like no other Auburn quarterback has(yeah better than Cam too).......plus we're stacked in the backfield.........They won't know what to look for. We just need the defense to back it up. We'll see.

As you can see, OSU had damn near the fewest number of returning OL starts in the country last year. By the end of the season, they were dominating teams like MSU, Wisky, Bama, and Oregon. And this year, 4 of the 5 starters on the line are returning.

Get ready for a historic run this season from OSU.
