Annoying fans aside, it wouldn't surprise me if Michigan can get 9/10 wins.

At Utah
At Penn St
Mich St
Ohio St

If they can get 2 of the first 3 it looks good
Michigan just wilts on the road. It's gonna be tough for them

Mamba Mentality # Kobe&GiGi. #LakerNation #LWO
That was actually 2007, South Florida was the #2 team in the country at one point, Kentucky was #8 at one point too.

Clemson fans called the South Carolina season "Mark of the Beast"

Gamecocks ranked #6.... losing to Vandy and the 4 games afterwards... finished the regular season 6-6 . That was the last year they played what they called "The Orange Crush" schedule where they have to play Tennessee, Florida and Clemson the last month of the season.

brady HOKE lead michigan wilted on the road. Lloyd carr michigan had good success in road trips, and were prepared. in fact they tended to take teams for granted at home.

IDK about harbaugh's road preperation so i won't speculate. But if you're gonna play a Thursday game, any time in the season, make it week 1.

Tennessee could very well win. The east is wide open Georgia has to go thru Auburn and Bama

Butch Jones said something today at a press conference that blew my mind. Only 16 players on the 70 man travel roster are from 2013 (the year he took over for Dooley). 64% of the travel roster is made up of players with 1 year or less of SEC experience.

this is literally a completely new team from the one folks dominated during the Dooley era. Butch Jones has recruited a roster that is as talented in its freshmen and sophomore class as anyone in the nation.

folks need to understand that.

regarding michigan, like I said I put the games in 3 buckets

OOC - Utah, BYU, Oregon st, UNLV
Home - NW, MSU, MSU, osu
Away - maryland, minnesota, indiana, penn st

i say they drop one of each...utah will be quite telling. if they beat utah, i say they only lose @ penn state and vs. either msu or osu, likely the former. if they do lose tomorrow, i'm looking at 9-3 and a likely citrus bowl, which was my firm prediction.

lack of experience is a great thing now folks :leon:

the laws of college football just DONT APPLY to Tn :russ:

WRs that were recruited as QBs = not a problem, because he was a 4 star
guys with a solid build = NFL WRs
No experience whatsoever = a great thing and tactical advantage

1 year or less of experience is definitely a formula for a national championship and heisman campaign.

Its amazing how hard everyone is sleeping on them again

only so long you can make 3 star nobodies into 1st round draft picks. Mizzou lucky run is over this year.

folks would have more respect for them if they were recruiting like Texas A&M. If you notice, no one in the SEC west is sleeping on A&M. I have them as co-favorites with LSU and Alabama to win the West.

Ohio State won a national title with its best players on both sides of the ball being SOPHOMORES. Ezekeil Elliot, Joey Bosa, JT Barrett, Darron Lee, Von Bell, Eli Apple, Jalen Marshall, etc. Jameis Winston led Florida State to the national title 2 years ago as a Redshirt freshmen.

TALENT wins championships. Sure if I had my way I would take super talented juniors over our freshmen/sophomore heavy squad. But I'll tell you this. I'd rather have a team filled with 4 star and 5 star freshmen and sophomores, than the team we had 2 years ago which was filled with 3 star juniors and seniors.

TALENT >>> EXPERIENCE
