These guys are at a state college in ohio...I'm well aware its not rocket science.
These guys are winning at The Ohio State University : u mad: Harbaugh better tune in every Wednesday to Scarlet and Gray days on the B1G Network and see how to run a championship program. :ahh:

Honestly I don't get the negative feedback on them. Michigan often has shytty road uniforms:

These are actually one of their best ever. The only good uniform adidas made, ever at Michigan. Was this one:

does Nike own the patent to exact colors? Is Adidas allowed to use a similar but not exact colors?

I hope OU never changes from Nike b/c the off-brand OU merch is usually :scusthov:

If you "create" or alter a color that is tied to your brand you can.

Polo owns "polo blue" and "RL2000" its red.
JPMorgan owns "Chase blue"
Nike owns dozens...volt, electric lime, maize (adidas was using 'sun' on michigan uniforms), I suspect they own burnt orange from Texas and Oklahoma's red.
