Gameday week 1 will be at Wisky Bama per bleacher report
No surprise week 1 slate is weak this year im more interested in watching Arizona St vs Texas A&M I expect firepower in that one.

5 of the top 10 teams are SEC schools. 10 of the top 25.
men lie. women lie. numbers don't. regardless of the metric you use, the SEC is far and away the best conference.
Clemson will no doubt "Pull a clemson" at some point but they not dropping that manyClemson and Georgia Tech are becoming very overrated I can see both schools losing 3-5 games easy.

This is hardest time im having ranking teams from about 5 to 50. SEC is loaded I just can't see how all these teams can end up ranked as high as these projections. I give Tennessee much better odds of finishing ranked ahead of the SEC West outside of state of Bama. Teams im high on like ASU and Okie St are getting no love in some rankings and i'm starting to see lots of love coming in on Stanford and UCLA.
oh there is no way we end up with 5 teams in the top 10 or 10 in the top 25. we'll beat each other up too much for that to happen. i use the pre-season rankings more as a metric of how strong or weak each teams schedule is. the fact there are 10 sec teams in the top 25 of almost all of the top 25 polls that are based on analytics, just shows how strong the conference is as a whole.
i firmly believe there will be more talent in the SEC this year than ever before. too many teams have recruited at an elite level for the last 3 years. its fukkin unprecedented for 6-7 of the top 10 teams in recruiting the last 3 years to be in the same conference.
