The last time I've personally thought of spread offenses as abnormal was 2009, and for most of 2010 until the championship featured two spread offenses. So I guess 2010 was the last odd year

In any case, those years were MASSIVELY different than now

the problem is the rest of the conference is so shytty. plus danantio is not that good. he's not different than gary pinkel at mizzou. overacheiving with mediocre talent in a mediocre conference/division.
