Go to a conference championship game for everbody and EVERYBODY plays 9 conference games. Will eliminate the SEC playing 3 cupcakes a season. We play North Texas, Umass, and Presbyterian. UNACCEPTABLE.

I'm not spending money on watching us play those 3 clowns. You should see the CAC on Swamp Gas try and rationalize that it's ok to play those 3 teams. Granted not EVERYBODY, including myself, is cool with it, but the majority is ok with it. You mean to tell me we couldn't get somebody of at least an Iowa State level of competition to come into the Swamp? I'm not saying that we should play a top 10 team every year since we DO have y'all to close the season, but you get my drift.

Everyone should play at least 9 conference games I honestly wouldn't even trip if it was 10 conference games. They gotta even the playing field in some of these conferences to avoid shyt like Iowa not playing the top 3 Big Ten schools in the opposite division or getting the top heavy sec west beating up on the sorry sec east schools for the past 7 conference championships. Pac 12 does it the best everyone should follow they blueprint. A schedule like the one Stanford played this year works. I can see FSU playing 9 conference games, UF and then 2 other OOC teams if this went into place next season Ole Piss and UF would be 2 of the 3 OOC games I think that is a VERY worthy 12 game schedule.

If they ever did that UF would be begging for Presbyterian School of Dance to be accepted into the sec

I feel you them FSU nuthuggers like Bud Elliott were talking about how its great for business to schedule a couple of tomato cans every year. I understand cherry picking easy wins especially for FSU this season seeing we lost half our squad to the NFL but nobody lining up to buy season tix for that bullshyt and plus you not even on the national radar playing shyt like that. FSU wasn't even relevant nationally this season until we played Miami on October 10th a nikka like Dalvin might have actually got some legit Heisman love if he had been seen the first month of the season.

if alabama can get 100k to watch them beat south alabama , i'm sure they can get 100k to watch them play florida state

what if one year every P5 champion is undefeated and they play a conference title game. Who get's left out?

the premise of only 4 teams is flawed

Until the Big 12 get a chip game u leave them out. If they get one go to 5 teams and the #1 team gets a bye.

My thought process is...i'd rather lose an OOC game to a top team than blow out a UMASS to start the season. We gained nothing but fugazy confidence beating New Mexico State starting the season this year.

It's a crutch for coaches to get raises to cherry pick easy wins saying look at the W/L. Look how inflated Miss St was last year they beat 4 sister of poor schools ooc and overrated A&M LSU and Auburn and skyrocketed up to #1.

FSU lucky USF and UF overachieved because on paper our ooc was hot asscrumbs. Im not a fan of that trash if FSU played someone with a pulse to start 2012 off maybe they wouldn't have folded up vs NC St and UF later that season.

Can't see why Florida never schedule home and home with a USC or UCLA and expand their brand nationally I see all kind of Gator fans/alums out in Cali
