how would attendance be low if these are home games? you don't think the shoe is going to fill up, or norman stadium, or alabama stadium?

I'm just giving you the company line. This has been the response from the committee on the topic of moving to 8.
yeah but they're putting those games in neutral sites. i'm putting them in teams home stadiums.
if alabama can get 100k to watch them beat south alabama , i'm sure they can get 100k to watch them play florida state
Should keep it at 4 i think. Just need to get all the conferences on board with playing the same amount of conf games and no fcs teams
how can you have 5 power 5 conferences if only 4 teams make it.
what if one year every P5 champion is undefeated and they play a conference title game. Who get's left out?

Bump it to 8 5 power 5 champs and 3 at-large teams including the group of 5/ND types if qualified for consideration.
FCS games will always exist the FCS schools need the money and the major schools want those 7/8 home games not passing up all that extra revenue.

Perfect scenario. I know why they didn't start off with this scenario but i don't know why they can't move to this withing the next 4 years

It's bullshyt that a conference champ is always gonna get screwed over I honestly thought TCU was the best team at the end of last season but they got snubbed out of even getting a shot. Stanford and OSU can easily hold their own with the 4 playoff teams this year they need to bump up to 8 soon. Just play the 1st round at the top seeded teams stadium and rotate the bowls like they doing now.
