Where did you see a travel? Hesi's are not travels

edit: I see where you think that's a travel but it's not, it counts as a dribble if you gather while it's on the way up. That's why euros are legal

That's not a travel, he didn't gather the ball until he was at the foul line.

Its actually legal. Harden does this a lot when he takes "a step" while gathering the ball...Then AFTER the gather you're allowed another two steps.

Started the gather with his right foot forward, if he jumped off his right it would have been a travel (would have been 3 steps)

He doesn't take his first true step until after the gather, right on the ft line with his right foot. You can't count a step when a player is in mid dribble or at the end of his dribble gathering the ball.
