ALAMEDA -- Raiders weakside linebacker Aaron Curry, who has not practiced since minicamp in June and has been on the PUP list since Aug. 31 with sore knees, is eligible to begin practicing on Oct 16.

Coach Dennis Allen said he expects Curry to hit the field next week.

:to: brehs this lose hurt badly. We had that W and were the better team for 45 minutes, but fukking Palmer! :sadbron: We should have blown the Falcons out. We let them off the hook so many times. And these fukking refs trying to get our receivers killed out there. D Moore got fukking killed out there almost.

Coaches do the opposite of what we should be doing. They keep forcing a scheme rather than concentrate on our player's strengths. We will continue to collect Ls this way.

Huff surprised me. Played ok to be playing out of position. I was expecting Roddy to destroy him. If he learns how to turn his head back when the ball is in the air he could have alot of picks.

You guys noticing how Goodson is doing better than McFadden in the zone blocking scheme hitting the right holes. McFadden is having a tough time figuring out which ones to hit. Aren't many because most the time the defenders are already in the backfield cause our o-line been playing like shyt.

Yea he really did. He was in position for about two other picks, but like you said he doesn't turn his head around. Hopefully thats due to him being the safety and never practicing the technique.

And how long will it take them to realize we are built for a power running game and not the zone scheme. I feel like it takes away from McFadden's explosiveness. It's like he's unsure of when to hit the hole. Also can Taiwan get some looks?

As far as Palmer, he's been doing well apart from the pick 6. Which did hurt us but I give him props for bringing us right back down and tying the game. No excuse for the D to let them get in good FG position with the time that was left.

Damn you posted this while I was writing my long as post, but yea Goodson does seem to be able to understand the scheme better. McFadden is better when there is a defined hole. If it's there hit it, if not cutback. Also our lineman just aren't built for the zone scheme. Veldheer and Wiz were looking like future Pro-Bowlers last year.

Yeah I don't why Taiwan don't get any attempts in, they just got him in on special teams. Just let him get a couple of carries and see what happens, can't hurt. Palmer said it was his fault that we lost the game, I salute dude been playing good.

Yeah homie needs to stop before he becomes the next Langston Walker, hopefully Khalif can make it back. But the Refs were on their usual bullshyt. We had like 5 big plays called back, some with late flags. The replacement refs were treating us good, hate it had to be them.:to:
