The “Scream” series is now on that “Nas & Hit Boy” run right now. Rumor has it they already preparing to start filming “Scream 7” this year
Yep went ahead and ordered my ticket to go see it tonight. I planned on holding out until tuesday for the $5 special, but spoilers were already flooding on social media and youtube. Seeing it today in dolby at amcTread lightly on social media websites and YouTube this weekend until you see the film, brehs &brehettes. I've heard clips from the movie have started surfacing on all of them and you know there's always that one group of a$$holes who like to spoil shyt in comment sections. Luckily, I haven't ran into any yet. With that warning said, I copped tickets for Saturday night. Glad to hear another Scream film slapped those "Uuuugggh another one? They've milked this series dry. Can't they think of anything new?" shytheads up the side of their head, yet again.
3 is the bad one, imo but had significant writing issues. Still tryna figure where I rank this one. Prob 1>2>5>6>4>3I loved this one. Scream as a horror franchise is simply undefeated. Not a single bad movie in the bunch.
100 fukking percent.Really enjoyed this one up until the last half hour. It had one of the best openings in the series, but the reveal at the end felt like one of the weakest and made me appreciate Jack Quaid’s portrayal as Richie a whole lot more.
It’s crazy how much tension a chase scene can bring to a film. VI features an uptick in gore and the stabbings are more brutal than anything else before it. And as someone who despised how wooden Sam was in 5, Barrera stepped it up on the acting front here. I feel a lot better with her in a leading role.
I’ll definitely be in attendance when this trilogy concludes but I hope Radio Silence can branch out and do their own thing like ‘Ready or Not’ afterwards. That being said, this was still pretty damn solid for a sixth entry.
Ghostface shaking the fukk out of that ladder had me dying.
Annika with the best death of the movie by far to me. I would’ve said Mindy here but…they didn’t roll through with it.
If Wes was alive, I actually wouldn’t have minded Kirby being insane in this. Survivors turning into killers is something the Scream franchise hasn’t ever touched up on before. Though as soon as the Mel Gibson-lookin mf tossed around the possibility, I immediately bushed the theory.
But man, there’s absolutely NO fukking way Chad should’ve survived those stabs. Him or Mindy should’ve got the axe. I’m saying this as a big Chad fan too.
Dewey’s fake-out death in 2 was more believable than that shyt.
