Giuliani saw record drop on crime that was likely due to a national downward trend in crime and made Timesquare a family centric place. Bloomberg had rebuilding after 9/11, that included Barclay’s. De Blasio had 3k and the end of stop and frisk. Right now Adam’s has budget cuts, corruption charges, and kickback to the cops.
