The Nolan Trilogy deserves strong consideration for GOAT trilogies, up there w/ Stah Wah, LotR's etc

This is the sh*t we dreamed about as kids, a realistic gritty Batman. Batman Begins is easily the best intro movie... nothing even comes close. The Dark Knight... well what else can be said about this piff? It's easily the single greatest Superhero movie. Rises was excellent... I think too many people nitpick on the whole Bane thing. But honestly where else could the series have gone after Ledgers death? If you look at it as a holistic story told across 3 movies it rivals Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Godfather, Matrix etc.

Honestly can you think of a better story told over 3 movies?
