Dr Doom can take on the Loki spot as the reccuring villain that fukks over everything. he’s gotta be the master of science and tech and be the dictator. The right actor can crush this role.

Galactus would cool but Masters of Evil could provide a more action packed movie and would be a little different from just having one single threat

I think Doctor Doom is due a real good movie as a villain.
I think this is the way to go.
They've conquered team ups and 40 plus hero stories against a cosmic threat. So they need a new challenge now.
A team of major villains to face off against the Avengers is something fresh. Plus they can beat the other studios to the punch.
