I don't think you realize the type of hell people are currently living in being forced to steal, going to sleep hungry at night and not knowing where their next meal is coming from.
You and your ilk don't mind the hell that people are living in now if it means avoiding a theoretical 'hell' where poor people can't reproduce unless they can prove they're able to financially support another human being.

How do you feel about voluntary reversible vasectomies or tubal ligation sponsored by the government that the government would also sponsor to reverse once the family plans for a child and proves they're able to financially support a new child?

The answer to poverty isn't eugenics. It's the development of technologies that enable even the poorest to live quality lives. They've been talking about overpopulation in Europe for HUNDREDS OF YEARS. And all their predictions were fugazy.
Eugenics hasn't done anything except brought Hell to earth (Hitler).
The only thing that has improved our quality of life and increased the carrying capacity of Earth, is technology.

I vehemently believe the government shouldn't be involved in women's wombs and men's testicles, especially not black folks.I've never claimed to 'know everything', I'm doing the exact opposite by asking other posters to suggest realistic alternatives.
With what I've proposed, if people want to have babies, they could demonstrate that they're able to financially support a new child, plan for that child and then have their vasectomy or tubal ligation reversed and the cost would be covered by the government.
Your assertion that technology will improve the quality of life of poor people needs more substance, if anything, technology will displace more employed people as technology provides a more efficient way of doing the same job without humans.

You ever think it may be by design? It's easier to stay poor when you are poor, especially with children. What's the conditions making them poor? Why hate the poor instead of hating the capitalist system that keeps them poor?
