i just started episode 1... had to pause it once i made it to the title screen.
i can't believe this is even real. seeing the opening credits... it's like this shyt belongs on hbo.
i almost wanna say fukk the movies, this feels like the only way to go moving forward.
there's only so much you can accomplish in one movie, but a long running series of cinematic hour long stories.... man.
this is the medium these characters deserve.
to think that one day we might be able to get a live action batman series done in the same vein.
and superman.... and spiderman... and x-men

I don't think it's casting, its the writing. It actually doesn't make any sense watching episode 8. You'll see what I mean when you see herc from the wire.
The storyline is fukking good too, not just action.
