They're not adopting a specific storyline and yea. He doesn't start out with that suit in comic continuity, and he's an altruistic lawyer who doesn't have millions to spend on suits so he doesn't start out his asswhoopin career with it

As a comic fan... I wasn't interested.
Then I remembered it's made by Netflix, and after being
at House of Cards, I was willing to give it a shot on the strength.
STILL wasnt convinced when I watched the trailer.
But.... believe it or not... what actually hooked me was the "moving" poster of a smirking and bloody knuckled Matt Murdock straightening his tie from up there:
that in itself let me, as a long time fan, know that they already nailed the character perfectly. Now I can't wait for the shyt.
But lets just hope they use
