I see more people that are meh or don't like it than like it, it's just that it's the internet and opinions get exaggerated x1000. He usually rates albums lower than higher.
The only albums I've seen him give a good rating is section 80 (8), liveloveasap (8), and returnof4eva (9)
No rap album has got a 10. Everything eles got a 6 or lower. (WTT - 5, take care - 6, carter 4 - 4)
I didn't even listen to the review but I agree with all this in general. Ross is boring and lame. I feel sorry for people still clinging to the same, old fake drug kingpin tales in 2012, especially when they aren't even well written.

Nobody expects deep, introspective storytelling tracks from Rick Ross(I mean, besides this a$$hole). People were expecting shallow drug kingpin raps over big, dumb, glossy beats. That's the formula that got him where he is today, so why change it?

GFID gets at 7/10 for the beats alone. We all know Fat Boy sucks ass at rapping and is fraudulent character, but I'll listen for the features and the music.
J.U.S.T.I.C.E League did their thing on this one. White boy can't feel the music cause he's uuuh white.
He's spot on with his opinion on those trash trap beats. I don't care about this cop filmin a 'gritty' video in the projects with his tittays floppin that song is ASS. As is the next one after that.
And seriously... stop overrating this fat ninja for swagger jackin BIG's voice without the bars or the personality.

I understand what you saying but if you want longevity in this industry and want to get to that next level (which Ross is clearly aspiring for) wouldn't you want to get better at your craft or add another dimension to your repertoire? Don't you think it's funny he has no memorable verses that immediately come to mind? I mean beats get old after the wow factor has worn off (which is fairly quickly when it comes to Ross) . I mean he's already locked into this persona why not add something to it to make it better....the answer is he can't. Frauds can only do so much until they become a one trick pony and thats whats happening to Ross. He's on his 5th album and still hasn't made his mark or given us any insight on what he's suppose to be about.
