Great doc well worth the purchase on iTunes. 
The way his dad had them set up with the library and access to stuff outside of their neighborhood is how I wanna be with my kids. Some crazy stories in there and dope in sight on how times were around then. It'll never be topped not only due to the lyrics or the production but because none of these current albums capture a certain time and make you go back to it and feel it like that.
The funniest part is when Jungle was like "nikka dont tell mommy"

Ok.. so I saw it again last night in DC..
I just want to say thats its been edited from the version I saw at Tribecca Film Fest back in April..
In particular one scene where Jung is in their old apt in QB and he telling the story of how Nas had a tech 9 in the house and shot it off in the room leaving a bullet hole in the wall..

I recall an interview earlier where the makers said they went back and shaved it slightly down for running time purposes. I think they said they are hoping to get a full director's cut version on a Blu-Ray release

I was at the early show. I seen the line for the late show though when I was coming out, took up the entire block. And for all the talk on here about Nas not having any black fans or any female fans, specifically black female fans, sure couldn't tell last night
Awesome documentary, didn't catch the one in Tribeca but I wanted to. Had some stuff to take care of the weekend it was showing. Really dope show though all around. Liked Nas mixing up some stuff and like rhyming to Sky's the Limit for a verse of One Love.
