What do you ask your doctor when trying to learn all of this about your body? What you lack what you take on too much of?

Piss test? Blood sample?
Most PCP ms aren’t going to be much help on this. Unless you have an acute problem, any test they run are going to be generic.!

That said the first step is always get your nutrition in order first.!

People always approach supplements the wrong way. Like @The ADD before you start looking into supplements, look at your diet and nutrition first. Fixing those two would solve a lot of people's health problems and will help with their fitness goals more than any supplement.

One thing that isn't talked about enough is the mental aspect of fitness. People will stop taking creatine despite it's benefit because it causes them to get "bloated" but won't research into why that is happening and adjust accordingly. Those say people probably never research into how to properly squat or deadlift and end up hurting themselves. Folks lose the battle with the bar before they even step into them gym :francis:

I never knew there was a way to avoid it.

Google says more water, avoid gassy foods, is that accurate?

As long as you don't have kidney problems and aren't taking too much, a healthy diet and drinking plenty of water is all you need to do.

Always felt like the bloating complaints were overstated. A lot of people ain’t that lean to know the difference and aren’t cutting for a show.
