I am product of Florida State University and the University of Florida both CAC institutions with an ugly racists past and both schools have programs that are geared towards developing blacks... its on the administration because that is where the fukkign money will come from to fund those type of programs.. the programs that are geared towards blacks at the schools I went didnt just happen because blacks waited.. they came because blacks DEMANDED them and it has tremendously helped the culture for blacks at those schools..so you your little games about mental pussification doesnt work here bruh, stop defending racists shyt at UCLA

but what your failing to understand is that because blacks at those campuses DEMANDED certain programs the culture on campus for blacks have improved. ..enrollment of blacks have increased as well. ..what your ass is advocating for is that these students at UCLA sitback and wait on shyt to improve. ...that is why I commend them for demanding in this video that the UCLA administration address the problem not just for them but for those that come after them ..thats what your ass is failing to realize smh

there isnt a lack of programs for black students at UCLA, there is a lack of black students period. There are programs for every race, color and creed, the problem is that at UCLA there are not enough black people making it through the admissions process and not enough enrolling

and big picture wise who decided that black students choosing ivy leagues over UCLA is a bad thing?

and who decided that adding a few more black faces to the freshman class is our goal? lets say we doubled the number that enrolled to 96, are you saying that you as a black man would be satisfied with that?

the notion of adding a few more black faces is a white liberal goal, that shouldn't be confused with black people's goal of being an overwhelming presence and dominating the process and that is something that cant be done with some corny "black development program"

even if you brought back AA and added programs none of that would deal with the fundamental issues, all that would do is allow white racist liberals to pat themselves on the back and allow brainwashed black people like yourself to wallow and celebrate in the crumbs thrown your way

they did follow through, they had affirmative action at UCLA for 30 years and it didnt work, UCLA is probably one of the most diverse multicultural schools in the world....it doesnt work

AA, diversity, multiculturalism, is all bullshyt

the side story to all this is that while its true that there are few blacks at ucla and Berkeley, at the other campuses the black population is exploding, so the UC system is actually graduating way more minorities (meaning blacks and latinos) AFTER they got rid of AA

i think we need to rethink whether liberal remedies actually work before we start demanding they be implemented

I agree with the bolded. Wherever there are white liberals I can show you more blacks being exploited and a shrinking black population. White liberals want to stunt black people's drives to by making them feel comfortable in their current position without actually giving you tangible things that can help you move up in society. White conservatives at least let you know that they want to exclude you, so you learn to adapt. Black people need to stop being so chummy with other groups, they don't give a damn about you in the end.
