Listen to me clearly: What Tariq wants, is functionally unconstitutional AND will be seen as illegal in many court challenges...resulting in a compromises that limit the implementation OR outright nullification.
Don't get mad at me
So the SMART thing would be to push for a more "enveloping" package instead of a narrowly Capital-"B" BLACK ADOS/FBA Youtube-Approved version.
But hey, he's not learning yet so its his money and blood pressure at stake.
Maybe if I repeat this for the N-th time some one will learn.
