To me it would be that fantastic 4 reed rIchard kid. Lil nikka was literally creating pocket universes at 7 :heh:

This is the actual answer.

Franklin Richards - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

And I quote

Marvel went too far said:
Franklin is a mutant who possesses the power to warp reality, i.e., to make any thought or desire come to fruition, even up to a cosmic scale; conjunctively, he is able to rearrange the molecular structure of matter. In a remarkable display of power, Franklin subconsciously created his own pocket universe, encompassing a virtual replica of Earth-616. As a result, several cosmic entities, including Galactus, Eternity, and Infinity, as well as Omniversal Guardian Roma and Omniversal Majestrix Opal Luna Saturnyne, began to take notice of Franklin's tremendous gifts,[34] going so far to describe him as a "being whom the Celestials felt was on par with themselves."[35] Two Celestials, Ashema the Listener and Nezarr the Calculator, were at one time tasked with retrieving Franklin for evaluation as a new member of the Celestial Host[36] - a group of beings recognized as "gods" by the Eternals and Deviants.[37]

In addition to reality and molecular manipulation, Franklin has vast psionic powers that have manifested as telepathy, telekinesis, energy blasts of concussive force, precognition, and astral projection. Being a child, Franklin's abilities are restricted to an extent by his limited control. Moreover, it remains unclear what power levels Franklin will ultimately achieve as an adult, as several future incarnations from alternate realities as well as the mainstream Marvel universe have been shown to vary in power. One such manifestation of Franklin in adult form was able to destroy two Celestials from Earth-4280 during physical combat; in the aftermath of their defeat, Franklin's immortality was strongly implied. The same individual also tapped into the power of his younger self to resurrect and transform Galactus into his own personal herald after the devourer of Worlds had been rendered unconscious in battle against a host of Celestials.[2][33]

In terms of unrealized potential, Franklin is generally considered to be the most powerful Earth-bound mutant in the Marvel Universe.[38]

Well, that's kind of the point with Dr Manhattan in the story, as you say here:

He was supposed to be ridiculously overpowered.

In comics though, that pretty much brings up the inspiration for his character, Captain Atom. To describe his original powers (later retconned and rebooted and whatnot):

"In the Post-Crisis DC Comics Universe, Captain Atom's Dilustel skin is tied into the Quantum Field, which enables him to absorb and manipulate theoretically infinite amounts of energy, limited by his willpower and imagination."

shyt is on par with the Molecule Man, who can manipulate molecules. fukking molecules, brehs. :deadmanny:
well since we speaking on molecule man i guess we gotta put sentry on this list then since his full power isnt even really explained AND he killed molecule man by using his molecule power :wtf:

No more mutants>>>>>

Kind of off topic...but I remember Mellencamp handing out that work...and then he went after Multiple man and he created a dupe inside Mellencamp body blowing him up...and I remember being like "oh shyt I never thought about him using his powers like that " :lupe:...and then another story arc where Madrox was a private eye some dude was trying to get at him and he was like "Don't get Mellencamped breh " and then he never threatened anybody with using a dupe to blow them up again...

Yeah Flash and any speed blitzer would give a reality warper that work 1v1. IMO they're the most unstoppable head on. Nobody would be able to think fast enough to stop them.

But a reality warper's power has the most global impact though.

Franklin Richards is top for me because it don't make any fukking sense you become an Omega level mutant with your father being stretchy, and your mom creating shyt barriers. :camby:

fukk characters who are strong/overpowred and aren't really shyt when it comes to importance.

Looking at your bytch ass, Sentry. :pacspit:
