interesting discussion. I like Ryan Grim, because he can keep his bias in check. Grim is a Sanders supporter, but doesn’t see the need to use disingenuous attacks against Warren. Look, I agree with some of the Warren criticism Michael Brooks have laid out. Especially on foreign policy. However, some of his commentary on Warren has been straight up hacky. On one of the Majority Report show last month, he straight up admitted he would use one of the smear attacks on Warren ( I cant remember the specific attack) if he thought it would help Bernie. I like Michael Brooks overall, but I can’t respect that.

Warren is off on foreign policy in the sense that she's not...what? fukking Fidel Castro??? Or Chomsky???

Her instincts will be RADICALLY more left wing than arguably any post-war president in history and certainly she has a propensity to learn and grow more than anyone else.

This anti-Warren shyt WILL backfire because they're gonna have to hold their noses and vote for her.

She's not Hillary Clinton (who by the primary had the most left wing platform in history) so now anyone who isn't Bernie is themselves a class traitor?

Warren is a goddamn law professor and a very left wing one at that? Does she need to be a former waitress to be legit now????






Don't get me wrong...Brooks has opened my eyes to a lot. For example, I've basically learned about the Lula debacle in Brazil and various left wing movements I wasn't aware of around the world even as I grew up listening to DEMOCRACY NOW WITH AMY GOODMAN for most of my youth!

But he's going out BAD on Warren and its fukking sad to see

And yes it is a bit of an overstatement to compare Liz foreign policy to HRC, or Biden. However, FP is Liz biggest policy weakness. Liz doesn’t even really talk about FP unless she have to. For someone like Michael Brooks who puts FP as one of his top priorities, and wants a class/workers revolution all over the world, I can understand why Bernie is his number one choice. I have no problem with that. But I do have a problem with trying to make her look like a corporate democrat, and just glossing over the work she has put in when it comes to financial issues.

Can't front, Bernie is my guy and I still think Brooks brings a lot of value generally cuz he's knowledgeable. But he is definitely on a mission to sabotage anyone who shows the slightest competition to Sanders and you got to listen to him with a grain of salt when it comes to Sanders' competition.

I like a lot of what Michael Brooks talks about and sheds light on but man does he come off as a cocky snarky a$$hole sometimes. I'ma Bernie supporter too, but in fairness Michael does go beyond giving critiques of policies when it comes to certain candidates.

Yeah he goes overboard with impressions and mockery at times.

Also this is a minor criticism that has nothing to do with politics but I was disappointed when I saw he had that egg-headed bytch Anthony Fantano or whatever his name is on cause I hate that motherfukker and everything he represents.
