You can't see a professional and cop some pills? With health insurance it isn't much, even cheaper if there is a generic of what you need available. Otherwise, I can't help you.with what money?? im poor
i live in the uk, health care is free, but if you go to your gp and tell them whats wrong with you they just give you antidepressants with no referral to a mental health specialist. i dont want to only be medication without any type of therapy to help deal with the problem. You can't see a professional and cop some pills? Well that's disappointing. It's much easier to get what you want in America legally, with the exception of a few things. Anti-depressants also take a period of time to start working or may not even work at all, so there's that. Therapy, in my opinion, is just like anti-depressants, it may or may not work. At the very least, it's a good idea to talk about issues, but I would never pay for one.i live in the uk, health care is free, but if you go to your gp and tell them whats wrong with you they just give you antidepressants with no referral to a mental health specialist. i dont want to only be medication without any type of therapy to help deal with the problem.

i dont have friends that smoke weed, i have no idea where to get it from and its not something i want to do. i cant take drugs and expect all my problems to go away. i need proper help otherwise it'll just keep getting worse and i'll end up killing myself.its £10 per gram. since you a new smoker you can get quite a few baby joints out of that. get someone to put you on. weed isnt iust a drug its a community. you will meet a lot of new people through weed.
In regards to finding anything, seek and you'll find. You always know someone; it's just that the person you know isn't going around announcing it or doesn't see you as that type of person. As far using drugs/medication to help your problems, drugs are like a first-step and it gives you the motivation to make changes. The truth is if you aren't mentally ready to make a change, you never will. Other than that, the relief from taking drugs/medication that works is just .i dont have friends that smoke weed, i have no idea where to get it from and its not something i want to do. i cant take drugs and expect all my problems to go away. i need proper help otherwise it'll just keep getting worse and i'll end up killing myself.

music helps sometimes but it doesnt stop my thoughts from messing with me.Yeah, you don't need drugs to feel better, you don't need other people to make yourself feel better in any way shape of form, everyone mostly cares about themselves anyway...
Does music help at times ? I know it did for me at least. But whatever, it will get better man, it's not so bad, I know life sucks but that's just how it is. There are people who die young due to some physical illness, there are people in poor countries who starve every day, but they don't have a choice most of the time, you do. Remember that.
They would help calm your thoughts, depression, anxiety, etc. but I respect your stance.im not doing any type of drug

how is the fact that people have worse situations than me suppose to make me feel better? its stupid to say something like that because its a way to make my struggle less important. like???? that doesnt make sense
please leave me alone nowPeople are dying and they don't want to. You don't have to because you have a choice. They don't. Simple. Wasn't supposed to cheer you up, just a reality reminder to keep in mind. Depression is hard and complicated to understand for people who never had to face it. That's why the only person who can help you is someone who "defeated" some kind of depression already. That's state of mind, I don't think drugs or anything really can help in a long term.
