Possible. Anakin did fulfill HIS prophecy but it could be that the force created multiple beings to fulfill different tasks. The reason that timeframe is so important is because Palpatine and Plagueis were tipping the scales to the darkside and fukking around with their experiments.
Anakin could've been the short term solution with Grogu being a long term solution.

Grogu has more training than Ahsoka then because he was at the temple before Anakin or her. Something has caused Grogu to be scared of his abilities and he needs a brash teacher like EzraDude ain’t really a Jedi himself Grogu got more training than him
