As quiet as I am I'm constantly thinking in my head. People ask me why/how am I so calm and I just tell them that I think before I react.

People just dont attach consequences to their actions.. And actions are always the result of a thought.. There are studies that show this constant participation in social media are destroying peoples minds. Maybe this study is the result of that..

Your second sentence references speaking in your head before you speak out loud. That’s not the same as having an internal reading voice. It’s two completely different things but for some reason you mentioning them both like it’s one in the same. Thinking out every sentence before you speak it would have people thinking you are retarded.

hate to break it to you breh. but people with internal dialogues, especially multilingual people, do in fact think sentences before speaking. it happens very fast, but it happens.

reexamine how you think and see if you might be a mix of the two; possibly little to no internal dialogue.

i wouldnt call it retardation. but the chase for stimuli without any forethought might be real.

if you know that doing something will get you likes, you may "imagine" or "see" that thing in your head knowing that the result is likes. but you wont "discuss" or "dialogue" over the consequences or how to go about doing it step by step.
