Technically, Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, Undertaker etc would have been closing the show 20 years ago.. Triple H and Mick wasn't on that level just yet and Stephanie wasn't on TV then.. Seth Rollins was probably like 12
Kang, Queen and Foley all delivering world class promos and are OVER. Heels actually getting heatRollins surprise, Kang giving him that work over silent commentary and a hot crowd carried by Kang
Ultimately, entertaining. Not trying to see Yoshihiko Noda v Sadakazu Tanigaki in spot fest with no selling or story

Oh yeah most def. Like I said, I disagree with who they did it with but it shows whats lacking on Raw across the board and at times on Smackdown although smackdown is better at it than Raw. Story drives conflict and just putting people together without developing that story is asinine.

I thought of this shyt while watching the breaks last night. One of the characters is really nice but he doesn't know how to make a song yet so he asks another character whats wrong with the joint he just did and she says it's great that he's got rhymes for days and he's nice but he needs to switch up the flow, put a hook in, do something. She's not riding around listening to 32 bars nor are the listeners. Homie had the hurt face

It got good reaction from a hot crowd but that segment ultimately doesn't draw money for anyone and doesn't put over anyone except three people over the age of 40 who aren't full-time wrestlers anymore
