Man y'all aint saying nothing ....In San Diego 300K will get u nothing not even in the hoods....and they out here happily advertising"starting in the low 500s"
In black communities, basic needs are hard to find. Where are the black cleaners, florist, butchers, etc? Good careers are available but no one seems to want them except foreigners.

With what money?
Damn, some white folks won't take anything a black man voluntarily gives them. Not even healthcare. That's some hardcore racist shyt right there.
What's sad in this country is the general lack of respect for the average person, reminded me of the dude who robbed Migos getting clowned because he got a job at Sonic. What the "elites" of the board don't realize is that without AVERAGE people the capitalistic system doesn't function. All you will end up with is a bunch of subprime financial bubbles waiting to burst at any moment when one banking entity becomes insolvent because they are financing the interest on the interest on the interest of the loan An intelligent capitalist would want the average american to have the ability to save at least 10% of his income without any worries, own some sort of shelter debt free, and the security of not being bankrupted by a medical emergency. All this "go to school" stuff is a bunch of mumbo jumbo, if everybody in the US became an engineer today, people would be designing motherboards for $10/hr. The average American should be able to be a janitor, or a teacher, or a bus driver, and live comfortably. Anything less is a recipe for economic disaster.
South side of Chicago, and I do own real estate, and I've also been presenting facts. Let's say I make $10/hour, that's $400/wk, and let's say I live in the Southside
$700/mo for rent
$100/mo electricity
$200/mo food (very generous)
$50/mo cell phone bill
$50/wk gas
$100/mo health insurance
$150/mo cable & internet
^^^^This is $1,350, I'm left with $150 (please also note this is BEFORE taxes). So with $150 a month left over I am supposed to have a savings account?
In regards to your suggestions:
1) Land Contract: In Chicago? in a non warzone neighborhood?
2) Lease w/ option to buy? in a non warzone neighborhood? You do realize on average you need at least first and last months just to move in to a property? It's so bad now with the poverty landlords don't charge that anymore they charge a "move in fee" of $250-350. And you expect these same people to come up with 10% deposit?
Theoretically you are right, the issue is that this is THEORETICALLY. Before it used to be if you were making $60K/yr you were doing good. Right now breh if you are making $35K/yr you are doing better than most real talk
So did obamas reluctance to help build those middle class jobs.I forgot about the recession and how it lowered the wages of skilled workers.
The "average" person isn't workin at sonic tho. What's sad in this country is the general lack of respect for the average person, reminded me of the dude who robbed Migos getting clowned because he got a job at Sonic. Yeah where the hell is a 100k house located That shyt doesn't even exist unless you live in some small town. You must have never been a land lord
you have to charge a certain amount or you will lose your property because most of the time you are servicing the debt on it
If you can pay 800 month you can already afford to buy a home
FHA only requires 3 percent down, so for a 100k house that would be 3,000 down, and you only need a 640 credit score to be approved
people live in apartments because they are ignorant or don't want the responsibility of taking care of a house
Yeah where the hell is a 100k house located That shyt doesn't even exist unless you live in some small town.
I live in New York City my GWhere do you live I 'll find one right in a few minutes
you never looked so how can you even make that statement
