I fux wit Farrakhan, even as a Sunni Muslim, I respect his efforts in rehabilitating the lost.. and trying to establish a nation within a nation. Went to see him live in Philly the energy was unreal...Much respect to him... and for those saying "he killed Malcolm" there is no proof of this only his statements that added to the tension of the situation. Louis X was small time when Malcolm was gunned down, if anybody it was Elijah and or the FEDs. Blaming Farrakhan for something that happened like 50 years ago and disregarding all the good and hard work he has put in since is retarded.. He has made ammends with the Shabazz family and those close to Malcolm, but yall who are unrelated to the situation cant'.... some of yall just watched the denzel malcolm x and think yall experts on the situation.

Warith Deen Muhammad, the son of Elijah Muhammad, who left the nation to Sunni Islam is someone i really respect- him and farrakhan didnt get along until when they reconciled in 2000- if i wanted to listen to someone speaking the truth in his speeches after Malcolm X died- I would listen to Warith Deen Muhammad's speeches not farrakhan

I agree akhi but sometimes, you need someone like Farrakhan to push the edgier more conspirator subjects. Warrith Dean may peace be upon him, was excellent, but his nation got too big in the eyes of the gov't, he had over 2 million followers alhamdulillah. but he disbanded the FOI, that was something I couldn't get with.. we need more FOI type groups especially for young muslim men.

as far as the Malcolm thing I understand.. I disregarded Farrakhan for many years because of it, but about 3 or 4 years ago I met someone in the FOI and had many arguments, decided to look at it from other angles, and I understand now besides.. do you think Farrakhan in the 60's is the same Farrakhan post cancer in the 2000's.. The man has changed.

Farrakhan didn't really need to apologize for shyt tho, it wasn't shyt he said that every NOI member wasn't also saying at the time. And the same could be said for Malcolm and his people, they both were sending shots..... Malcolm tried to be more discreet with his, but they were still shots.

In the midst of that a few lone gunman decide to take matters into their own hands, if ur gonna blame anyone BLAME THE SITUATION and all parties involved, including Malcolm himself, and not just Farrakhan.
