As an early riser, who's usually up at 3:45-4:30am it's important to start the day off on a positive note. I usually listen a motivational song like:


Then transition to NPR 30 minutes, to hear any updates going in the world.....

This really sets me up lovely for the day.....

One of the key things I ever learned from the wire, is never show up to a job late....
So I always prepare for life hours ahead of time...
This really helps me deal with cacs and navigate life while being able to keep my mental health in check.

Same here, I like to exercise early in the morning because it helps clear my head. I also create check lists of things I want to get done for the day and sometimes I'll write in my journal. It definitely helps jump start and organize my day.
