People will always find something to hate on without doing any research beforehand. My problem is trying to cut back on fast food and eating sweets like cookies or cake. I love any food with chocolate in it.

The thing with me, is I got to eating so much junk one year that I had to buy new clothes again and my weight has slightly fluctuated through my 20s-30s. I can't afford to put on any serious weight at 19-20 I was almost at 170lbs at 5'5. The weight was killing my legs.

I'm not trying to eat myself into bad health (I already have physical issues I was born with) and I can't take any excess weight. I just want to build a strong core and have more energy.

This shyt happened to me a few years ago when I was working non stop. What kinda saved me is that my body is constructed weird, I'm stocky as hell. 6 foot, 255 lb with 40 in thighs and wear size 15 - 16 shoes, my lower body can support added weight without too much consequence.. I used to weight around 300 when I was playing tackle in football but the true problems pop up with getting sick regularly, thyroid issues (now), mood swings, etc.. I know my diet was the issue but it's hard with the work that I do, it was easier to go to Mickey D's and call it a day then being disciplined and preparing my meals beforehand. I'm getting there, I'm too old to be fukking around like I'm still in my early 20s. I'm going to throw up the link for this dudes diet by blood type joint..you can do it bro.
